About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Suggest new features, help develop product strategies, and actively participate in prioritization and tracking of activities, analyzing indicators and metrics that may influence product evolution;
  • Lead the product discovery process, documenting service flows and rules defined for the solution, participating in research and collecting feedback from internal and external users, and sharing insights from the analysis of results;
  • Take ownership of the products within the squad, collaborating with the Product + Engineering + Design triad, ensuring product deliveries meet the defined requirements and deadlines, and supporting continuous improvement of the team’s productivity;
  • Monitor and test deliveries, ensuring adherence to scope and the final product quality;
  • Specify and detail PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clear to the team and reflect user and business needs;
  • Contribute to ensuring that all stakeholders, both internal and external, understand and share the product vision and the progress of deliveries and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week;
  • Have previous experience in product, software development or related areas;
  • Bring strong analytical skills, with experience extracting insights from numbers, interactions and user behaviors;
  • Have the technical and functional understanding to work alongside multidisciplinary squads;
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document business rules and technical criteria;
  • Hold a university degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Design or related areas;
  • Be highly motivated and eager to make things happen!
