About the role

  • Drive strategies and initiatives that reduce churn rates within your portfolio of clients;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in day-to-day interactions with client companies;
  • Monitor and ensure the satisfaction of companies using VExpenses that are under your responsibility;
  • Participate in client meetings, managing their expectations regarding the value provided by VExpenses' solutions;
  • Manage some of our Key Accounts, maintaining frequent contact to build relationships and identify issues to be addressed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, especially where this involved engagement with medium and large companies;
  • Experience in retention and churn prevention;
  • Experience using techniques such as cross-sell and upsell;
  • Experience working with Health Score, NPS, CSAT, KPIs and OKRs;
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for company needs.
