About the role
- Drive strategies and initiatives that reduce churn rates within your portfolio of clients;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in day-to-day interactions with client companies;
- Monitor and ensure the satisfaction of companies using VExpenses that are under your responsibility;
- Participate in client meetings, managing their expectations regarding the value provided by VExpenses' solutions;
- Manage some of our Key Accounts, maintaining frequent contact to build relationships and identify issues to be addressed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success, especially where this involved engagement with medium and large companies;
- Experience in retention and churn prevention;
- Experience using techniques such as cross-sell and upsell;
- Experience working with Health Score, NPS, CSAT, KPIs and OKRs;
- Availability to work 40 hours per week;
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company needs.
