About the role

  • Develop and enhance APIs and back-end systems focused on corporate payment processing;
  • Conduct code reviews and propose improvements when appropriate;
  • Adjust existing systems in response to changing client and user requirements;
  • Maintain and create DML and DDL commands with a focus on performance and optimization;
  • Perform technical analysis, evaluations and effort estimates for solution development.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with PHP and Laravel;
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence to support analysis, automation and/or system development;
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
  • Experience developing in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure);
  • Ability to independently investigate issues, propose solutions and make technical decisions;
  • Knowledge and experience required to architect robust solutions and perform technical refinement;
  • Experience with Node.js and/or Python for developing auxiliary services;
  • Knowledge of messaging systems to ensure resilience and performance;
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture;
  • Experience with unit testing;
  • Experience working with containerized environments (Docker).
