About the role

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team as the technical and disciplinary manager
  • Ensure the technical availability, maintenance and servicing of assigned equipment and systems
  • Develop and optimize sustainable, cost-effective and technically robust process solutions
  • Contribute to the planning of annual overhauls and annual budgets
  • Lead or support customer and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules and quality requirements
  • Provide advisory support throughout project lifecycles with a focus on harmonization and scalability
  • Contribute purposefully to the company’s strategic projects — particularly regarding regulatory requirements, digitization and capacity expansions

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Process Engineering)
  • Several years of leadership and professional experience
  • Organized, methodical and committed working style with a high degree of personal responsibility and goal orientation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a pronounced service and customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
