About the role
- You prepare international customer audits and regulatory inspections and handle coordination, support and follow-up
- You draft response letters to observations and monitor required corrective actions (CAPAs)
- You present quality systems and processes during audits
- You conduct internal audits at Vetter and at international suppliers/service providers
- You prepare audit reports, evaluate responses to observations and coordinate CAPA activities
- You carry out document-based supplier qualifications
- You further develop the audit systems and present them in training sessions and information events
Requirements
- A degree in a natural science or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in planning and conducting audits
- Experience in a GMP environment or another regulated industry is an advantage
- Very good English skills and enjoyment in communicating across internal and external interfaces
- Good German skills (at least B2 level) to document your work effectively and communicate well with the team
