About the role
- Attend to, log, and resolve incidents and requests related to IT infrastructure via the ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Monitor the health of servers, networks and technology services (on-premises and cloud).
- Provision user accounts and access, groups and basic policies (AD, Azure AD and GPOs).
- Manage Windows endpoints using management solutions, security software and update policies.
- Perform network management tasks (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewall rules, etc.).
- Support the management of virtualization environments (VMware) and the creation/adjustment of VMs.
- Contribute to information security best practices and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields (completed or in progress)
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP.
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Experience in IT infrastructure and support.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and/or Bash.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of backup routines with Veeam.
- Knowledge of Azure.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability frameworks.
- Advanced English.
- ITIL Foundation.
