About the role

  • Attend to, log, and resolve incidents and requests related to IT infrastructure via the ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Monitor the health of servers, networks and technology services (on-premises and cloud).
  • Provision user accounts and access, groups and basic policies (AD, Azure AD and GPOs).
  • Manage Windows endpoints using management solutions, security software and update policies.
  • Perform network management tasks (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewall rules, etc.).
  • Support the management of virtualization environments (VMware) and the creation/adjustment of VMs.
  • Contribute to information security best practices and compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields (completed or in progress)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP.
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
  • Experience in IT infrastructure and support.
  • Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and/or Bash.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of backup routines with Veeam.
  • Knowledge of Azure.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability frameworks.
  • Advanced English.
  • ITIL Foundation.
