About the role

  • Technical management and administration of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP and its associated applications
  • Ensure operations required for the reliability, performance, resilience, traceability and continuous improvement of the ERP system
  • Develop cross-functional skills including data integration and application security
  • Regular monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Respond to requests from functional teams by providing technical expertise
  • Contribute to documentation, validation and change management

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or related field (Bachelor’s level or higher)
  • Significant experience in technical administration within a multi-domain, international techno-functional environment
  • Strong analytical skills to anticipate needs and proactively propose solutions
  • Rigour to ensure adherence to administration best practices
  • English level (B2) to communicate with internal colleagues and external providers/support teams
