Full-stack Engineer

• Own product delivery: Convert user stories into well-designed services, APIs, data models, and UI integrations across web, tablet, and phone.
• Build extensible third-party integrations: Build and maintain integrations with Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS), external lab vendors, payment processors, and messaging providers.
• Support data and workflow needs: Model workflow-heavy domains with clear states, auditability, and role-based permissions.
• Integrate humans with AI: productionize and deploy AI models into human-in-the-loop flows.
• Ensure quality & observability: Add automated tests, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting, deployed in a CI/CD workflow.
• Bolster security & compliance: Implement privacy-by-design, secrets management, least-privilege access, encryption in transit at/rest, and secure data retention practices.
• Establish DevOps: Containerize services (Docker), define IaC, and run in cloud environments. Contribute to runbooks and incident response.
• Empower UI/UX: Work closely with our UI/UX developer on API contracts and edge cases.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics: Partner with Data Scientists to define and monitor KPIs and develop data models and data provisioning services that enable deep analytics of our operations and platform.
