About the role
- Architect and optimize channel strategy across job boards, events, communities, and emerging platforms; always testing, tracking, and iterating for scale.
- Own the funnel and turn insights into action with real-time dashboards, market intelligence, and pipeline delivery that stays ahead of hiring demand.
- Lead bold pilots such as AI outreach to immersive sourcing events and turn experiments into playbooks for scale across VEG.
- Act as a strategic partner to Talent Managers and hiring leaders, aligning sourcing efforts with evolving business needs.
- Systematize success by documenting best practices, leveling up tools and training, and embedding sourcing excellence across the org.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing, multi-location companies (healthcare, retail, tech, or similar).
- Proven success designing and scaling multi-channel pipelines and large-scale recruiting events that drive diversity and quality.
- Fluency with modern recruiting tech: ATS/CRM (Workday, Gem, Greenhouse), Boolean/X-ray search, and basic Excel/Tableau analytics.
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, energized by experimentation, and obsessed with funnel metrics.
- A natural curiosity and drive to understand how things work; whether it’s competitors, the industry or individual leads. You thrive on uncovering the missing pieces through research and use that insight to propel your work forward.
