About the role

  • Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers by phone.
  • Answering general questions related to personal lines insurance, including billing inquiries.
  • Collecting basic customer information and staying within unlicensed guidelines.
  • Routing callers to licensed agents when appropriate.
  • Reviewing and working unlicensed carrier notifications within 24 hours.
  • Processing and responding to emails, voicemails, and physical mail within 24 hours.
  • Monitoring daily renewal lists and supporting CES Agents with marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Dedicated work ethic and pride in doing great work.
  • Comfortable multitasking and staying organized in fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, even in challenging situations.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle conflict with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
