About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting: write/customize job descriptions, source across multiple platforms, and manage candidates from application to offer.
- Screen and interview candidates via Google Meet & Zoom using competency-based interviews and consistent scorecards.
- Present candidates to clients with concise candidate packets (resume highlights, interview notes, assessments) and aligned shortlists with recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients on discovery and calibration calls to align on requirements and feedback.
- Maintain quality and consistency: ensure candidates meet standards for professionalism, culture, communication, and role fit before presentation.
- Pipeline hygiene: keep ATS stages clean, data accurate, and updates timely.
- Experiment and improve processes: suggest/test AI tools, automations, and sourcing tweaks.
- Partner with HR and Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs into onboarding and client success.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in BPO, SMB, or services environments.
- Proven track record sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Excellent English (spoken & written); confident on client-facing calls.
- Strong judgment on candidate quality, using structured interviews and scorecards.
- Solid ATS hygiene, plus comfort with Zoom, Google Workspace, and professional messaging.
- Team player with strong communication skills and an outgoing, professional personality.
- Openness to feedback, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Must be based in Latin-America or Europe.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience tailoring job descriptions across markets and interviewing diverse roles.
- Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with ChatGPT and Zapier.
- Nice-to-haves: LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
