About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking bankruptcy protection and financial relief
  • Handle inbound calls, assess potential clients’ financial situations, explain the firm’s services clearly
  • Confidently guide qualified prospects toward signing with the firm whenever appropriate
  • Follow up with warm leads, re-engaging no-shows, and ensure that motivated prospects do not fall through the cracks
  • Document all conversations accurately and thoroughly in the firm’s systems
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine intake processes and improve conversion performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in legal intake, sales, client conversion, or high-volume phone-based roles
  • Strong preference for candidates with bankruptcy law experience (Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 familiarity highly valued)
  • Proven ability to confidently handle inbound calls and guide prospects toward a decision
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, reassuring phone presence
  • Ability to build trust quickly with individuals facing financial distress
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment focused on client acquisition
  • Highly organized with strong documentation habits and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
  • Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP systems is a plus.
