About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking bankruptcy protection and financial relief
- Handle inbound calls, assess potential clients’ financial situations, explain the firm’s services clearly
- Confidently guide qualified prospects toward signing with the firm whenever appropriate
- Follow up with warm leads, re-engaging no-shows, and ensure that motivated prospects do not fall through the cracks
- Document all conversations accurately and thoroughly in the firm’s systems
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine intake processes and improve conversion performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in legal intake, sales, client conversion, or high-volume phone-based roles
- Strong preference for candidates with bankruptcy law experience (Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 familiarity highly valued)
- Proven ability to confidently handle inbound calls and guide prospects toward a decision
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, reassuring phone presence
- Ability to build trust quickly with individuals facing financial distress
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment focused on client acquisition
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP systems is a plus.
