About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Pull, connect, and analyze data across multiple systems using APIs and queries
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for engineering delivery, spend, and tooling
- Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve information workflows
- Own programs and initiatives from request through delivery
- Coordinate people, tasks, and timelines to deliver outcomes
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items through closure
- Maintain visibility into technology vendors and spend, including cost, renewals, and usage
- Surface optimization opportunities such as underused licenses and duplicate tools
- Produce status updates and recurring reports for engineering leadership
- Maintain accurate systems of record and support reviews and planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in an analyst, program, or related role in a technology or engineering environment
- Comfort working with data and APIs
- Ability to pull, join, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
- Some scripting or query experience with SQL, Python, or similar is a strong plus
- Resourceful problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong analytical thinking
- Clear communication
- Ability to work independently and follow through
