About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Pull, connect, and analyze data across multiple systems using APIs and queries
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for engineering delivery, spend, and tooling
Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve information workflows
Own programs and initiatives from request through delivery
Coordinate people, tasks, and timelines to deliver outcomes
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items through closure
Maintain visibility into technology vendors and spend, including cost, renewals, and usage
Surface optimization opportunities such as underused licenses and duplicate tools
Produce status updates and recurring reports for engineering leadership
Maintain accurate systems of record and support reviews and planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 3 years in an analyst, program, or related role in a technology or engineering environment
Comfort working with data and APIs
Ability to pull, join, and analyze data from multiple sources
Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
Some scripting or query experience with SQL, Python, or similar is a strong plus
Resourceful problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong analytical thinking
Clear communication
Ability to work independently and follow through
