Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; M.S. a plus
0-3 years of professional software engineering experience; strong internship experience or personal project work considered
Solid foundational knowledge of software engineering: data structures, algorithms, system design basics
Ability to build and deliver working solutions in at least one language
Understanding of APIs, basic cloud concepts, and modern software delivery practices
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
Curiosity about agentic systems
Ability to engage with ambiguous problems

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and independently
