About the role
- Contribute to the product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing input from customers, stakeholders, and data.
- Document clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with senior team members.
- Conduct competitive research and user interviews to surface insights that inform product decisions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to support timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Act as a reliable liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare and present clear product updates to internal stakeholders and team leads.
- Participate actively in agile development ceremonies including refinement, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Track product performance post-launch and assist in identifying areas for improvement based on user feedback and metrics.
- Support the team in managing scope and trade-offs with guidance from senior leadership.
- Apply artificial intelligence to expedite development execution and requirements writing in a responsible manner and aligned with company guidelines.
- Develop a working understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance considerations as they apply to product features.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure new features meet applicable standards.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
- Basic familiarity with investing or wealth management concepts such as account types, portfolios, or advisory services.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to synthesize information and present it clearly.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a structured and supportive environment.
- Experience contributing to a consumer-facing digital product from discovery through launch.
- Comfort working with data and metrics to support product decisions; basic SQL or BI tool familiarity is a plus.
- Exposure to regulated industries or compliance-sensitive product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
