About the role

  • Contribute to the product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing input from customers, stakeholders, and data.
  • Document clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Conduct competitive research and user interviews to surface insights that inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to support timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Act as a reliable liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present clear product updates to internal stakeholders and team leads.
  • Participate actively in agile development ceremonies including refinement, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Track product performance post-launch and assist in identifying areas for improvement based on user feedback and metrics.
  • Support the team in managing scope and trade-offs with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Apply artificial intelligence to expedite development execution and requirements writing in a responsible manner and aligned with company guidelines.
  • Develop a working understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance considerations as they apply to product features.
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure new features meet applicable standards.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
  • Basic familiarity with investing or wealth management concepts such as account types, portfolios, or advisory services.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to synthesize information and present it clearly.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a structured and supportive environment.
  • Experience contributing to a consumer-facing digital product from discovery through launch.
  • Comfort working with data and metrics to support product decisions; basic SQL or BI tool familiarity is a plus.
  • Exposure to regulated industries or compliance-sensitive product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
