About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for day-to-day office operations, including office management, workplace organization, and coordination of external service providers.
- Organize and run internal formats and events such as all-hands meetings, offsites and Christmas parties.
- Greet and support applicants, guests and customers on-site, including preparing meeting rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as room scheduling and coordinating hardware setup.
- Responsible for invoice verification, mail management and other administrative processes in daily office operations.
- Support travel planning and trade show coordination.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in office management or a comparable organizational/operational role.
- You are highly organized and work in a structured, independent and proactive manner.
- Hands-on mentality and a high level of reliability in day-to-day operations.
- Friendly, professional and presentable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach.
- Confident use of digital tools such as Slack, Notion, calendar and booking systems.
- Ideally some experience with budget tracking, invoice verification or preparatory accounting.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up or other fast-paced/dynamic company environment.
- Native-level German (C2) and very good English skills (at least C1).
