HRBP – Commercial & Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support your population leaders and managers by providing people expertise and developing solutions that help the commercial and marketing teams to deliver their business objectives.
- Understand our global People strategy and cascade it to drive a high-performance culture and high organizational efficiency.
- Drive performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and design career development pathways.
- Support managers in addressing underperformance through coaching and structured improvement plans.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all employees within your departments for all HR topics.
- Drive a highly engaging environment that embodies our values and improve talent retention.
- Build, optimize, and deploy our people experience processes, consolidating and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights on compensation, retention, and engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 5+ years of HR experience (preferably in a fast-paced tech/scale-up environment)
- Genuine interest in people
- Proven ability to understand performance drivers and support organizational structure and team optimization
- Direct communication style with the ability to influence and build trust with managers and ICs
- Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to identifying issues
- Excellent IT skills (Excel/HRIS) and a working knowledge of HR payroll and legal processes
- Full proficiency in English; French is a plus.
- (Bonus): Previous experience working specifically with marketing and commercial teams.
