About the role

  • The Junior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and the execution of full funnel campaigns across various platforms internationally to drive qualified traffic & generate revenue.
  • You will report to the VP Performance Marketing.
  • Execute and optimize full funnel campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Youtube, TikTok, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest and app campaigns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in key metrics through methodical testing and optimization.
  • Implement audience targeting strategies that balance acquisition efficiency with scale.
  • Support the refinement of the brand health tracking system to monitor long term impact beyond immediate campaign metrics.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to maximize return across international markets.
  • Support the design and the implementation of comprehensive A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor competitive activity and platform innovations to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Present performance analyses and contribute strategic recommendations in team meetings.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full funnel campaigns or performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience specifically with video based advertising platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Meta); experience with Connected TV and / or programmatic is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to rigorous testing methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a hands-on role.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in english.
