About the role
- The Junior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and the execution of full funnel campaigns across various platforms internationally to drive qualified traffic & generate revenue.
- You will report to the VP Performance Marketing.
- Execute and optimize full funnel campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Youtube, TikTok, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest and app campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement in key metrics through methodical testing and optimization.
- Implement audience targeting strategies that balance acquisition efficiency with scale.
- Support the refinement of the brand health tracking system to monitor long term impact beyond immediate campaign metrics.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to maximize return across international markets.
- Support the design and the implementation of comprehensive A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor competitive activity and platform innovations to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Present performance analyses and contribute strategic recommendations in team meetings.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full funnel campaigns or performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience specifically with video based advertising platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Meta); experience with Connected TV and / or programmatic is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to rigorous testing methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a hands-on role.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in english.
