About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on MVNO’s in the US
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Vesta business within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Understand their needs and deliver tailored payment solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fintech or payment processing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the payments industry
  • Deep understanding of MVNO and MNO’s selection and procurement process
  • Good understanding of payment technologies, merchant services, and financial ecosystems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate a fast-changing environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Apollo.io)
