About the role
- Client consulting as an equal partner: You analyze IT infrastructure requirements in the areas of storage, virtualization, backup, and containerization, and develop tailor-made solutions
- Architecture & vision: You design modern solution architectures and present them convincingly to customers
- Working together to achieve goals: In collaboration with our account managers and technology partners, you create customized proposals and respond to public tenders / RFPs
- Keeping an eye on technology trends: You continuously monitor the market and developments related to our technology partners NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware & Veeam, and help to continuously evolve our solution portfolio
- Maintaining networks: You actively foster exchange with partners, vendors and internal teams to continuously promote knowledge sharing and collaboration
Requirements
- You have solid expertise and several years of experience in storage, backup and virtualization projects, including an understanding of diverse systems and their interactions—ideally with prior experience in a pre-sales environment
- You hold a degree in Computer Science (HF/FH/University) or possess equivalent qualifications
- You are interested in diverse IT environments and can adapt flexibly to customer needs
- You communicate fluently in German and English; French skills are a plus.
