About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the Tracking+ software
Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and success criteria
Evaluate multiple solution approaches and recommend the best-fit configuration for the client’s operational needs
Translate client needs into well-defined solution designs before escalating to product teams
Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting
Validate proposed solutions with clients through demos, walkthroughs, or prototypes before full implementation
Identify gaps between client needs and product capabilities, and clearly articulate them when engaging product teams
Ensure implementations align with both client goals and scalable product standards (avoid over-customization)
Manage the budget, scope and timeliness of integration projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7+ years aviation consulting experience with aviation customers in maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality assurance and flight operations disciplines
+2 years of hands-on software implementation experience
Strong SQL Server expertise
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in collaborative environments
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive implementation projects forward based on best practices
Excellent data manipulation skills
BA/BS degree in technical field or related discipline preferred
Project Management experience/certification
