About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with functional leaders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into AI-enabled operational solutions
Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, or scalability across functions
Establish and maintain an inventory of AI tools, vendors, and use cases in active use; compare and contrast with traditional B2B SaaS business applications
Define and track measurements related to business impact, adoption, and operational effectiveness of AI-enabled workflows
Coordinate with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure AI-enabled solutions meet required standards without slowing delivery
Enable responsible scaling of AI-driven workflows as adoption increases
Monitor AI-enabled processes in production and address performance or control gaps
Other operations-related responsibilities, as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business transformation roles
Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
Proven experience implementing or working with AI-enabled and automation platforms , including: Salesforce (AI features, automation, workflows), HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM workflows), Gong (conversation intelligence, AI insights), Microsoft Copilot (productivity and workflow automation), Claude / ChatGPT or similar generative AI tools
Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven workflows and solutions
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with ability to define and measure business impact and ROI of AI initiatives
Ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability in AI adoption
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
