About the role
- The Director, Demand Generation is responsible for Veryon’s demand generation engine to drive predictable qualified lead volume, pipeline growth and revenue impact
- Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to design and execute integrated demand generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing programs
- Lead Quarterly Integrated Campaign Planning
- Develop and own quarterly, multi-channel campaign plans aligned to company growth objectives and bookings priorities
- Ensure campaign messaging, timing, and targeting align with product priorities and revenue goals
- Own Pipeline Creation & Acceleration
- Build and evolve a scalable demand generation engine that creates consistent and predictable qualified pipeline for Sales
- Partner with Sales leadership to align campaign efforts to enterprise, mid-market, and expansion priorities
- Establish strong feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to improve pipeline creation, conversion, and acceleration
- Optimize Performance and Channel Mix
- Evaluate current marketing performance and present insights on channel effectiveness and optimization strategies
- Leverage AI to Improve Marketing Performance
- Actively incorporate AI tools and automation into campaign creation, segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization
- Support ABM and Enterprise Growth
- Build and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support enterprise acquisition and expansion.
- Ensure campaign efforts align to high-value account strategies
Requirements
- Extensive experience in demand generation or B2B marketing within fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Demonstrated experience managing campaign teams and event-driven demand programs
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Experience designing and executing quarterly integrated campaign plans
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose marketing gaps and implement strategic improvement plans
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs across inbound and outbound strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
- Hands-on experience working with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Experience leveraging AI tools within marketing workflows
- Ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial and evolving organizational environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
