About the role
- Own Revenue-Aligned Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy tightly aligned to bookings and company growth targets
- Establish clear KPIs tied to pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue contribution
- Partner closely with Sales and Product leadership to ensure marketing directly supports go-to-market priorities
- Oversee and strengthen Veryon’s integrated demand generation engine across digital, outbound, events, and account-based programs
- Set the strategic direction for quarterly integrated campaign planning aligned to bookings priorities and revenue targets
- Ensure marketing consistently delivers predictable, scalable pipeline contribution to the business
- Drive rigorous performance management across channels using data, experimentation, and continuous optimization
- Oversee the Product Marketing function, defining market positioning, messaging strategy, and competitive differentiation across the Veryon platform
- Provide strategic guidance for product launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and growth priorities
- Guide the evolution of Veryon’s market narrative and brand presence, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across global markets
- Ensure marketing operations, reporting, and attribution frameworks provide clear visibility into pipeline performance and ROI
- Partner with RevOps and Finance to strengthen forecasting accuracy and funnel transparency
- Leverage AI and modern marketing technologies to improve campaign performance, speed to execution, and personalization
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing organization
- Establish clarity of ownership, accountability, and performance standards
- Develop leadership bench strength within the marketing function
Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or complex enterprise software environments
- Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Demonstrated ability to build marketing functions that directly influence revenue growth and pipeline generation
- Experience leading multi-functional marketing teams across demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations
- Strong executive presence with experience partnering at the ELT level
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and revenue attribution
- Experience operating in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
- Hands-on orientation with comfort diving into campaign strategy and demand generation performance
- Experience incorporating AI and modern marketing technologies into marketing workflows
