Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in insight consultancy
Growth-minded mindset with a naturally curious approach
Hands-on client account leadership experience
Strong skills in segmentation and advanced analytics
Ability to understand and address client needs
Experience in coaching and developing teams
Track record of developing leadership and speaking at industry events
Fluency in German would be particularly advantageous.
