- Clear thinker who can structure ideas and communicate them simply and well.
- Proactive learner — comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity, and experimentation.
- Interest in how AI can improve the way we think, analyze, and create.
- Interest or aptitude for writing clear, punchy marketing content is a bonus.
