About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of partner-facing data by validating, auditing, and resolving discrepancies before publication
  • Coordinate prospective student data uploads from partners into Salesforce with the Technology Team and Account Managers
  • Prepare partner documentation, data, and logistical/project-management materials for new partner onboarding and ongoing support
  • Oversee partner offboarding activities and completion of operational, contractual, and administrative tasks
  • Create presentation decks, comparison datasets, partner-facing communications, newsletters, operational communications, and partner gifts
  • Support logistics for in-person and virtual partner-facing meetings
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare accurate, on-brand presentation materials with Marketing and Account Managers
  • Communicate with partners regarding attendance, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and post-program outcomes
  • De-duplicate event attendance data
  • Serve as a technical resource for virtual event platforms
  • Provide additional event and presentation support for Channel and Direct Transfer partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work remotely full time
  • Must be based in the US
  • Must work on a time zone within 1 hour +/- of the continental US, approximately GMT -8 through GMT -3
  • Expected to work some nights and weekends, approximately twice a month
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in higher education, partnerships, operations, business development, or account management-related roles
  • Proficiency in productivity and CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Slate
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience identifying and resolving administrative and day-to-day problems
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong event and project management skills
  • Ability to analytically review complex data and identify points of misalignment
  • Hands-on experience with Slate and university database systems preferred
  • Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in high-growth startups, EdTech, or scaling international organizations preferred
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable
