About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in day-to-day project and support work, including analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, integration, and reporting activities
- Provide application troubleshooting, production support and manage the support queue
- Design data flow diagrams, process mapping, and update/maintain system documentation
- Develop collaborative relationships with IT peers, Corporate Services, Commercial/Clinical, external vendor partners, and various operational teams to help design, develop, and deliver solutions that satisfy business requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, another technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience administering and integrating SAP Concur Travel and Expense preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, PowerBI)
- Experience with a ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira, or BMC Remedy)
