Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Create ad-hoc data models, reports, and analyses to support business requirements.
Leverage technical and analytical expertise to identify critical business opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Continuously explore and evaluate new methods to enhance the use of data analytics for value creation.
Acquire and model data from primary and secondary sources.
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to optimize ongoing visualizations.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent degree)
A minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable insights for decision-making
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Understanding of industry requirements and expectations for Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices for quality management in regulated environments.
Expertise in building Power BI dashboards and working with Snowflake data tables
Proficiency in data modeling and analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Alteryx
Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Spotfire, Power BI, and Tableau
Experience with scripting languages and leveraging APIs (e.g., REST APIs)
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate complex concepts effectively.
