About the role

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing buying channel platforms
  • Strengthen marketing procurement processes and enhance supplier performance management
  • Utilize Scope of Work (SOW) tools effectively and oversee rollout of the Scope of Work tool
  • Develop and implement clear Ways of Working and structured Planning Process Calendar
  • Design and optimize analytics dashboards to maximize procurement tools
  • Establish and embed a comprehensive Supplier Performance and Relationship Management framework
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to team members and cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing procurement, sourcing, or related fields
  • Proven experience in category-specific sourcing within marketing agencies
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing marketing agency buying channels (e.g., AMS, Decideware, or similar platforms)
  • Strong expertise in agency negotiations and aligning sourcing outcomes with broader business objectives
  • Solid understanding of operating within a regulated environment
  • Forward-thinking, AI-ready mindset with interest in exploring AI-driven opportunities within marketing services
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships in a collaborative team environment
