Define the medium- and long-term strategy and vision for the product portfolio.
Build roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
Work in partnership with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Commercial, and Executive teams.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and return on investment.
Establish success metrics and monitor performance indicators.
Ensure excellence in product discovery and delivery.
Lead quarterly and annual planning processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with digital B2B, B2B2C products or platforms.
Track record of building and evolving scalable products.
Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven mindset.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
Knowledge of discovery, experimentation, and product analytics.
Experience in high-growth environments.
Preferred: experience in Banking as a Service (BaaS), credit, cards, loyalty, cashback, marketplaces, or embedded finance.
Knowledge of Open Finance.
Experience with API-based products.
Previous experience in fintechs or payment companies.
MBA or postgraduate degree in Management, Business, or Product is a plus.
