What you’ll need
  • Technically lead the development team by defining standards, architecture, and technical direction.
  • Work hands-on in code — implementation, code reviews, and proof-of-concepts — remaining a technical reference.
  • Design and evolve microservices architecture and high-scale distributed systems in .NET.
  • Make technical decisions regarding persistence (SQL Server and MongoDB), messaging, and integration patterns.
  • Define and promote best practices for Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns, and testing strategies.
  • Ensure resilience, performance, and observability of cloud services (Azure and AWS) using Datadog.
  • Lead adoption of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) in the development flow, with governance and critical judgment.
  • Mentor and develop the team technically, raising the engineering level.
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Team Lead on technical feasibility and prioritization of deliveries.
  • Drive technical trade-off decisions, manage technical debt, and plan the platform evolution roadmap.
