About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise clients in a B2B2C model,
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the active base,
- Directly lead 2 professionals, structuring routines, targets and development,
- Coordinate commercial relationship schedules with high-level stakeholders (C-level and board),
- Monitor and report relationship, revenue expansion and account health KPIs via Power BI,
- Organize and maintain the CRM (Pipedrive) with data rigor and discipline,
- Prepare presentations and strategic materials,
- Conduct frequent on-site client visits in the regions of operation,
- Serve as a strategic point of reference between the client and Vertem's internal teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial roles, with a focus on account management or B2B relationship,
- Proven experience with enterprise clients and high-complexity projects,
- Experience in B2B2C models (loyalty, benefits, financial services, SaaS or similar),
- Analytical capability with use of Power BI or BI tools for KPI management,
- Availability for hybrid work (3 days in-office per week) and frequent client visits,
- Proactive, curious, organized profile with a revenue-expansion mindset.
