About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise clients in a B2B2C model,
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the active base,
  • Directly lead 2 professionals, structuring routines, targets and development,
  • Coordinate commercial relationship schedules with high-level stakeholders (C-level and board),
  • Monitor and report relationship, revenue expansion and account health KPIs via Power BI,
  • Organize and maintain the CRM (Pipedrive) with data rigor and discipline,
  • Prepare presentations and strategic materials,
  • Conduct frequent on-site client visits in the regions of operation,
  • Serve as a strategic point of reference between the client and Vertem's internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial roles, with a focus on account management or B2B relationship,
  • Proven experience with enterprise clients and high-complexity projects,
  • Experience in B2B2C models (loyalty, benefits, financial services, SaaS or similar),
  • Analytical capability with use of Power BI or BI tools for KPI management,
  • Availability for hybrid work (3 days in-office per week) and frequent client visits,
  • Proactive, curious, organized profile with a revenue-expansion mindset.
