About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze tickets from clients, participants and internal departments;
Apply temporary/workaround solutions for potential errors;
Identify root cause, open PRB (Problem Record) and prepare RCA for remediation;
Identify opportunities for automation to be developed;
Document procedures and hand over knowledge of automated items to Level 1 support;
Create new technical and business monitoring;
Perform manual and automated testing of applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT-related fields;
Experience with backend languages (C# and .NET);
Version control – Git;
.NET framework and related technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core);
Knowledge of frontend and server-side technologies (Node.js and React);
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL, and Azure DevOps;
Experience with Graylog, Datadog, InLive and 24x7 monitoring;
Technical English;
Experience with T-SQL (SQL Server);
Knowledge of MongoDB and Postman;
Experience in technical support or operations;
Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and technical troubleshooting;
Messaging systems (Service Bus);
Microservices;
ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana);
API development with Swagger using JWT or OAuth2 authentication;
Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS;
Nice to have: AZ-900, AZ-204 certifications;
Nice to have: HTML/CSS;
Nice to have: JavaScript;
Nice to have: React.js;
Nice to have: Angular;
Nice to have: CI/CD;
Nice to have: Experience with DevSecOps practices;
