About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Read and fully understand all clauses and items in client contracts;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining regular management routines and overseeing the operation;
  • Escalate issues and conflicts to appropriate levels to ensure timely resolution;
  • Manage contract communications, leading coordination and interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery (Creation, DBM, CRM, Performance, Activation);
  • Monitor communication flows and customer journeys (prepare briefs for Creative, follow up on deliveries, coordinate internal approvals of assets with the business management team);
  • Internally coordinate client requests across different areas: Creative, Front-end, DBM;
  • Track client reports and data;
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and conduct negotiations with clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Comfortable working in frequent client-facing interactions;
  • Strong negotiation skills and text interpretation abilities;
  • Ability to develop strategic action plans and proposals for clients;
