About the role
- Analyze support tickets originating from clients, participants and internal departments;
- Apply temporary workarounds to potential errors;
- Identify root cause, open a PRB and prepare an RCA for handling by the N3 team;
- Identify automation opportunities to be developed by N3;
- Document procedures and transfer knowledge of automated items to N1;
- Create new technical and business monitoring checks;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in an IT-related field;
- Knowledge of backend languages (C# and .NET);
- Knowledge of frontend languages (NodeJs and React);
- Knowledge of Scrum, ITIL, Graylog, Datadog, InLive and 24x7 operations;
- Experience with T-SQL (SQL Server);
- Knowledge of MongoDB and Postman;
