About the role

  • Telephone outreach to users to further qualify training/course inquiries
  • Clarification of funding options (e.g., education voucher) and any applicable conditions
  • Friendly and professional communication with diverse target groups
  • Support for video or phone appointments
  • Documentation and maintenance of contacts and information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Research on topics related to continuing education, the labor market, and qualification
  • Support in creating and optimizing website content
  • Analysis of platforms and user feedback (e.g., review platforms)
  • Structured evaluation and presentation of information and data (e.g., Excel)

Requirements

  • Ongoing university studies, ideally in: Communication Studies, Linguistics/German Studies, Media and Communication Management, Online/Digital Marketing, Journalism/Media Studies, or Educational Sciences with a digital focus
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Analytical thinking and interest in research and data
  • Experience with content writing or editorial texts
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plus
  • Interest in topics related to continuing education, training providers, or the labor market
  • German fluency, spoken and written
  • Good English skills
  • Experience with GenauMeinKurs is a plus
  • Availability: 20 hours/week
