About the role

  • Develop and prioritize a clear product vision and roadmap for our Content Management System and our Channel Manager
  • Translate customer feedback and internal requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics
  • Proactively collect and analyze customer feedback and identify new market opportunities
  • Work closely with customers, internal teams (Tech, Sales, Support) and other stakeholders to validate and implement requirements
  • Use data analysis to inform product decisions and measure the success of new features
  • Responsible for backlog management and close collaboration with the development team within the Scrum process
  • Support the definition of acceptance criteria and ensure product quality

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role
  • Confident working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Technical understanding and experience working with REST APIs and XML interfaces
  • Experience in requirements analysis, developing roadmaps, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
