About the role

  • You guide our customers from onboarding through to long-term use and ensure they love our software.
  • You understand each customer's individual goals and help them achieve these with our solution.
  • You analyze usage data and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • You build outstanding product knowledge and ensure our customers are successfully represented across all sales platforms.
  • You work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Development to share best practices and support the prioritization of new features.
  • You build genuine relationships — with the aim of creating satisfied customers who are happy to renew and recommend us.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience (at least 3 years) in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a comparable role — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have a technical background (ideally a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science).
  • Strong communication and advisory skills — in German and English.
  • Excellent technical understanding and a willingness to quickly get to grips with new tools.
  • Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • A good understanding of data structures — XML and JSON are not unfamiliar to you.
  • Empathy, initiative, and a good sense for customer needs.
  • A structured way of working, a hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
  • Experience with Kursnet and mein NOW is an advantage.
