About the role

  • Support in day-to-day operations, particularly in process optimization and scaling of our SaaS platform
  • Analyze and improve internal processes to increase efficiency (e.g., automating recurring tasks)
  • Data maintenance and analysis to derive actionable recommendations for the team
  • Collaborate on projects to optimize workflows, tools, and internal systems
  • Prepare, review, and send invoices, and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support billing for customer contracts and subscriptions (including payment monitoring and dunning)
  • Assist with accounting tasks, e.g., preparing booking documents and providing support for the external tax advisor
  • Maintain and improve internal billing and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic technical understanding
  • High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Native German speaker
