About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules
  • Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards
  • Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance
  • Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently hold Australian security clearance
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Experience with integrations and data migration
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
  • Interest in expanding skills into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps, or Security
