About the role
- Lead and evolve Versent’s enterprise marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals
- Build, mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team
- Partner with Practice Leads, Growth and Executive teams to integrate marketing into GTM priorities
- Own partner and B2B marketing strategies across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, HashiCorp and more
- Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR, content and partnerships
- Drive thought leadership through case studies, speaking engagements, media and industry awards
- Manage partner MDF funding, governance and ROI tracking
- Measure success through pipeline attribution, MQLs, SQLs and campaign performance analytics
- Champion premium-quality outputs including proposals, pitch decks and brand assets
Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B or partner-led marketing (technology or consulting preferred)
- Strong capability in developing and executing enterprise-level marketing strategies
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and executives
- A track record of building teams and delivering measurable growth outcomes
- Expertise across content, campaigns, events, digital and brand
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and commercial impact
- Experience managing budgets and partner MDF
- A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with high standards for quality.
