• Send referrals via fax or email to the appropriate medical suppliers.
• Follow up regularly with suppliers to confirm receipt, processing, and delivery of referred orders.
• Identify and escalate issues with referrals or supplier performance to team leadership.
• Support team growth by helping train and onboard new referral team members.
