Engineering Manager

• Performs variety of work leading an Engineering Section in support of the LOGCAP contract for Kwajalein Atoll.
• Leads a team responsible for construction management architectural design, programming/base development, and/or operations and maintenance (O&M) functions.
• Monitors/manages construction projects for new construction, renovations, and improvements to real property facilities from start to finish.
• Performs requirements programming in support of base development to include validating requirements to be performed by others.
• Performs a wide range of engineering duties surrounding O&M functions to encompass the maintenance, repair, upgrade, and operation of a variety of infrastructure facilities and utilities.
• Provides management, planning, development, organizational, administrative, and coordination services for all base real property programs.
• Provides leadership to a team of multidisciplinary engineers and project delivery personnel who perform design work for new construction, renovation, and improvement projects.

Engineering Manager – LOGCAP

Manager

• Ensures federal, state, local and corporate policy and regulatory compliance
• Manages and oversees facility specific operations and maintenance processes and procedures overseeing day-to-day performance of various on-site work crews
• Coordinates with client to ensure acceptable level of impact on production while performing maintenance and construction activities
• Acts as primary customer contact to review schedules and cost and technical performance.
• Ability to use a Computerized Maintenance Management System to create, assign, and track work orders (Nuvolo)
• Plans, coordinates and monitors the renovation and modification of existing facilities
• Develops and implements facility specific operations and maintenance processes as required
• Evaluates schedules and work assignments where there are task and resource conflicts
• Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance for the facility under the manager’s control including responding to urgent and emergency situations
• Monitors facility and services metrics, identifying and evaluating emerging issues, and making recommendations to ensure performance to standards are achieved
• Identifies the need for vendors and subcontractors and coordinates requirements
• Establishes an inventory strategy that ensures adequate supplies are available to support routine preventive maintenance including long lead items
• Provides direction, development, and coaching to employees
• Supports the preparation of proposals in response to site-specific RFPs; operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Able to enforce company and Union agreement policy on progressive discipline
• Serves as liaison with contractors, architects, engineers, regulatory agencies, material and equipment suppliers, and other parties as required
• Ensures employees are current in skill and regulatory training, ensuring all activities comply with safety and health regulations, maintaining a safe working environment
• Provide accurate reports and documentation for daily activities as well as monthly reports for submission to the client
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned work areas for completed projects to ensure work meets company standards

Service Manager

Controller

• Provides for the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic in the assigned airspace or airport and assists aircraft in distress or emergency situations.
• Receive, post, and relay flight data information, clearances, and messages.
• Issue arrival and departure instructions, aviation weather information, and special advisories to aircraft operating under their control.
• Issue information and clearances for properly separating and sequencing aircraft and monitors the flight progress of aircraft.
• Issue information and instructions for the orderly movement of traffic (aircraft, vehicles, and pedestrians) in the movement area.
• Coordinate with other controllers, facilities, and agencies to provide prompt ATC services.
• Coordinate arrival and departure times with flight operations.
• Coordinate ramp and refuel services for aircraft.
• Assist aircraft in emergency or distress situations.
• Maintain facility logs.
• Perform operator-level equipment checks and advise maintenance personnel and Facility Chief of any outages.
• Follow FAA, ICAO, DOD, and host nation aviation regulations and procedures.
• Complete annual weather training to take and disseminate supplemental weather observations.

Air Traffic Controller

• Overall supervision of fuel system RMMR operations for a prescribed geographic area
• Oversee daily operations of fuel facilities within the region
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel maintenance site activities
• Interface with operational activities to maintain communications regarding upcoming deployments
• Prepare, update, and submit internal and external reports
• Develop technical scopes of work for repair and modification service orders
• Review repair specifications and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Procure materials required by repair or maintenance work
• Develop service order cost estimates, logistics and construction schedules
• Supervise and train fuel system maintenance personnel
• Ensure certifications and qualifications remain current
• Maintain accurate records of time worked by employees
• Perform necessary supervisory functions to manage the workforce effectively
• Responsible for managing discipline issues.
