About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the subject matter expert for third-party onboarding, vendor due diligence, information security assessments, procurement requests, and client risk management processes
Manage onboarding activities from initiation through completion across Information Security, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership
Partner with clients on onboarding requests, questionnaires, audits, and due diligence
Maintain platform, security control, policy, operational process, response library, and supporting-documentation knowledge
Develop executive, board-level, management, customer, and operational reporting materials
Build dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks
Maintain the policy inventory and governance framework
Support operational risk management, audits, compliance initiatives, internal controls, and regulatory inquiries
Monitor customer SLA performance against contractual obligations
Analyze trends and identify service-delivery and operational-effectiveness improvements
Support operational readiness for new clients, products, and strategic initiatives
Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
Create scalable operational processes, documentation, and governance structures
Analyze operational, customer, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Develop organizational-health and performance metrics
Identify automation, process-optimization, and operational-efficiency opportunities
Apply structured problem-solving to complex business challenges
Use technology and AI-enabled tools responsibly while validating outputs and recommendations
Support strategic initiatives, special projects, finance and operational reporting, data validation, and business analysis
Contribute to operational processes, success metrics, and management frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Risk Management, Program Management, or related functions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing experience
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including executive-ready presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern productivity tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to decision-making
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and organizational levels
Strong executive presence and professionalism
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Nice to have: experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, or strategic program management
