About the role

  • Be the “go to” person for sharing knowledge and domain expertise.
  • Drive market research and provide in-depth knowledge of market processes and standards.
  • Lead and support workshop discussions and client engagements.
  • Create User Personas representing customer/industry key stakeholders.
  • Participate in product and client meetings to help drive and define business requirements.
  • Validate requirements based on industry needs by reviewing documentation and providing feedback to ensure the project aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform user acceptance testing as part of the development process, using and evaluating it for accuracy and usability, providing feedback to the project team.
  • Provide input into and/or create user documentation and training material.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to create and run demos and help create sales and thought leadership collateral.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in the Syndicated Lending market.
  • Be inquisitive, ask questions and have a drive to learn.
  • Ability to lead working groups discussions.
  • Strong organisation, documentation and communication skills, articulating ideas, requirements and planning succinctly for different audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work collaboratively across various teams such as Engineering, UX, Sales, etc.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and thrives working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
