About the role
- Work closely with the Product team to gather and understand requirements.
- Design wireframes and create interactive prototypes.
- Execute usability tests, analyze the results, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions.
- Map user journeys and identify pain points or opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented
Requirements
- BS or BA in human-computer interaction/user experience.
- 3+ years of UX design experience.
- Ability to navigate between multiple products and stakeholders.
- Ability to find a balance between creativity and upholding UX standards.
- Strong UX research skills.
- Knowledge of WCAG guidelines.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to partner with various internal teams.
- Design, build and maintain reusable and consistent components in Figma (Nice to Haves).
- Light front-end skills (Nice to Haves).
