About the role
- Support sales operation activities, including CRM updates, reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Assist with Sales performance metrics, dashboards and analysis to help inform decision making.
- Help document and improve sales processes and workflows as the team scales.
- Collaborate with Finance on sales related reporting, forecasting support and deal tracking.
- Provide general operational support to Sales and related teams as needed.
- Participate in cross functional meetings to gain exposure to sales strategy, client delivery and business operations.
Requirements
- Rising college seniors currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university.
- Interested in learning and having a career in Business Operations or Sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver projects in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanation.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs or project tracking tools.
