About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
Configure and support SAP document management and archiving solutions
Develop, enhance, debug, and support ABAP objects
Design, develop, and support SAP integrations using RFC, BAPI, IDoc, APIs, and SAP BTP
Configure and customize SAP solutions based on customer and business requirements
Coordinate SAP transports across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues with customers and internal technical teams
Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and technical teams
Document technical solutions, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures
Provide technical guidance and support throughout implementation and ongoing support lifecycles
Take ownership of issues and follow problems through to resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Strong ABAP development, debugging, and troubleshooting experience
Working knowledge of SAP functional modules such as FI, MM, SD, or related areas
Experience with SAP configuration and customization
Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFC, IDoc, BAPI, and APIs
Experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite
Experience with SAP document management technologies such as ArchiveLink, KPro, or SAP DMS
Understanding of SAP transport management and system landscapes across DEV, QA, and PROD
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed technical and business teams
Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with international teams
EU region preferred; candidates outside the EU may be considered if able to work EU business hours or maintain significant overlap with EU time zones
