About the role
- Administer and optimize Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
- Configure earnings, deductions, pay groups, time codes, accruals, overtime rules, and pay policies.
- Maintain payroll-related business processes, security roles, and integrations.
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting payroll and timekeeping practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience.
- Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
